Charles Seck Obituary

Charles W. Seck (Retired Air Force Major) joined our Heavenly Father on November 15, 2001 after a brave fight with cancer. He was born on February 24, 1932 in Watertown, MN. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering. He served his country with distinction in the United States Air Force from 1958-1978. His expertise and knowledge distinguished him as an instructor pilot in single-engine, multi-engine and jet aircraft. Stationed in Saigon, he flew the C-123 Provider during the Vietnam War. Before retiring from his military career, he was assigned to the Air Force Systems Command. Charles was a faithful servant to our Lord Jesus Christ. As a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church, he proudly sang in the Church Choir for the last 20 years. He was truly loved and admired by many and will be greatly missed. Special thanks to Marilyn Rau for her love and support when we needed it most. He is survived by his beloved son, Charles W. Seck Jr. and wife Sandy of Pfluger-ville, TX; his beloved daughter, Leslie Ann Seck of San Antonio, TX, and his sister, Audrey and husband Curtis Tongen of Brownton, MN.
