David Charles Chilcott, D.C. passed away on November 19, 2023, in San Antonio, TX.
David was preceded in death by his parents and twin brother, Douglas. He is survived by his brother Gary (Cindy); nieces Jennifer and Carrie; nephew, William.
Born in 1948 to Beth and Eugene Chilcott, he graduated from Clarence Central HS, the State University of NY at Oswego, and the Palmer School of Chiropractic. David studied chiropractic and acupuncture in Italy and Japan. He was board certified in several states.
In San Antonio he established the Broadway Medical Clinic. His passion, dedication and commitment earned the admiration of colleagues, patients, and friends. His passion for healthcare touched countless lives throughout his beloved community.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 9, 2023, a Porter Loring Mortuary North, 2102 N Loop 1604 East, San Antonio 78232.
In memory of David donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

A few years ago, David was in the hospital and had been sick. I live in El Paso, TX so I flew to San Antonio and had the pleasure of taking care of David for about 3 months. I drove him to all of his appointments, did all the grocery shopping so I could make all of his favorite home cooked meals. During that time, we had long talks. We solved all the world's problems but most importantly, we shared our love of Jesus. We would go for long walks to get his strength back and slowly but surely, he did. I cherish that time I had with him. So thankful that he chose me to take care of him. Those days fill my heart with memories of a happy time. His spirit lives in my heart. He was part of our family.
