Eddie Villarreal Obituary

Eddie Villarreal who was born in Boerne, TX on January 1, 1934 went to be with the Lord on July 27, 2004. Eddie was in the Air Force then retired from Kelly AFB in 1989. He was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and spending time at his ranch. Some of his favorite pastimes were playing cards and dominos. His loving wife of 50 years, Hortense Villarreal survives him; children, Connie, Eddie, Larry and Maryann Villarreal, Abby and Peter Bombino; grandchildren, Jenifer and Daniel Lopez, Brittany Bombino, Celestine, Celyna, Colton, Amanda, Derek, and Dylan Villarreal; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Alyxa Lopez; numerous loving brother and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and a world of friends. Viewing will begin Saturday, July 31, 2004 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at Sunset Northwest on Bandera Rd. Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. The Funeral Service is Monday, August 2, 2004 at 12:30 P.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery. A memorial has been set up with CTRC where donations may be sent in lieu of flowers. Send to: CTRC, Attn. Donations in memory of Eddie Villarreal, P.O. Box 1657, San Antonio, TX 78296.
