Edward Guerra Obituary
Edward V. Guerra, beloved husband and father, affectionately known as "Lalo" born August 4, 1936 entered into eternal peace with our Lord Jesus Christ on November 4, 2013 at the blessed age of 77. He will be reunited in heaven with his parents Viviano and Wensesla Guerra; brothers Margarito, Viviano, Joe and Richard Guerra; mother-in-law Guadalupe Rocha; sister-in-law Melba Zaragoza. He is survived and will be greatly remembered by his loving wife of 50 years Guadalupe Guerra; children Debra Guerra-Gatling (Trenton), Edward Guerra, Jr. (Mary Louise), Annette Banda (Dan), Nancy Guerra, Gilbert Guerra, Claudia Guerra, Yvette Cruz (Jose), Richard Guerra (Jinna), Jacob Guerra (Amanda), Jason Guerra, Mark Guerra and Heather Guerra (Viola); 23 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brothers Alfredo, Mario and Armando Guerra; sisters Elvira Cantu and Magdalena Rocha; father-in-law Fortino Rocha, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. Mr. Guerra worked at Fairchild Aviation for 28 years. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 1:00 PM-7:00 PM, visitation will continue on Sunday, November 10, 2013 from 9:00 AM-9:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Castillo Mission Funeral Home. Procession will depart the Funeral Home on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church (152 Florencia Ave). Entombment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III Mausoleum on 1735 Cupples Rd.

Dad
Another day, week, month, year has gone by and it still doesn't feel real. I miss having talks with you, the way you laugh, the way you told stories (the pausing.... Well...) even the way you smell. Not one day goes by that I don't think of you, I miss you Dad. Forever love you Forever remember you.
