Elizabeth Mendoza Obituary
Elizabeth Mayra Mendoza, born November 22, 1979 went to be with the Lord June 5, 2010 at the age of 30. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Rosalinda Galvez; father and step-mother, Manuel (Norma) Mendoza; maternal grandmother, Maria Espinoza; paternal grandmother, Maria Lopez; sons, Angel Alatorre, John Anthony Cain Alatorre, and Zavier Mariano Mendoza; sister, Claudia Jacqueline Mendoza; brothers, Abraham Garza, Kristopher Puente, and Victor Manuel Mendoza; other loving family members and friends.
Services
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 8:30 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 11, 2010 at 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home. For personal acknowledgment you may sign the guest book at www.missionparks.com in the obituary section. Im sorry i cant come say goodbye i hope you forgive me from up there, i just had surgery but ive been thinking of you a lot, I was so sad to see you go, I know we had lost touch since you were pregnant. And when you wrote me Friday, I was excited to see you again on FB and to catch up on lost time, You were a good friend to me when we were kids. You called me Marvelous, and i called you Liz Lizard. We had so much in common trying to do the right things for our boys, i admired your strength, we both where trying to persevere. Estimados Familiares
Les escribo con el proposito de hacerles llegar mis sinceras condolencias.
Ademas, me gustaria explicarles usando la biblia la maravillosa esperanza que nuestro creador Jehova nos da, con respecto a los familiares y amigos que se han dormido en la muerte .
Es natural sentirse muy triste y angustiado, cuando pasamos por estos terribles momentos , ya que hasta Jesus mismo se sintio asi cuando perdio a un amigo muy querido .
La biblia nos muestra que el propio hijo de Dios , "Cedio a las lagrimas". (Juan 11:35).
Imaginese el hijo de Dios se sintio muy triste al saber que su amigo Lazaro habia muerto aunque sabia que gracias al poder que su padre le habia dado el podia resucitarlo .
Ese mismo poder que Jesus tenia en el pasado para resucitar a las personas que habian muerto , Jehova le otorgara para que resucite a los miles de personas que han muerto.
La biblia lo muestra en Hechos 24:15 "y tengo esperanza en cuanto a Dios, esperanza que estos mismos tambien abrigan , de que va a ver resurreccion asi de justos como de injustos ".
Que alegria nos causa el saber que ya muy pronto todas las personas que han muerto resucitaran , estas promesas maravillosas que nuestro Dios nos da, nos dan consuelo y esperanza .
Bueno este era el mensaje que queria compartir con ustedes.

My Liz! I will miss her so much. We lost touch for a while but she never left my thoughts or my prayers. I found her on Facebook only to find out that this happened and it broke my heart. I wish I had had a chance to connect with her again. She was an amazing friend that always told me exactly how she felt. She was never fake and I loved her for it. May she rest in peace. Her boys are in my prayers.

She was such beautiful and resilence woman. I will miss her dearly. I saw her grow in the 15 years we were friends and this hurts so much.
