Dear children/grandchildren of Floyd:

Jenny & I were advised of Floyd's homecoming last week. While we rejoice in the knowledge that he is now with the Lord, our future visits to San Antonio just won't be quite as delightful. What a wonderful man he was! I'll never forget the number of times that he would rush over to Mom's house when he learned that I was going to attempt to fix something (e.g. minor plumbing problem) by myself. He knew that I wasn't very handy, so he wanted to be there to offer his assistance. That's the Floyd that I'll remember! You are in our prayers.

Linda, Tom & Eileen,

George, Robert, Caroline and I all have many fond memories of your mom and dad. We were newlyweds over 29 years ago when we moved in next door to them on Dawnridge. George traveled occasionally with his job and on more than one occasion your mom and dad came to my rescue when George was out of town. They were wonderful, wonderful people and I will remember them both always. You have our deepest sympathies.
