I loved working with Frank, hearing his great stories, spoke so highly of his wife and two children. Never heard him speak bad of anyone. I worked with him in the mid 90's when NIMA, now NGA, was at the Lee Highway address in Merrifield VA.

As a person who was fortunate to have Frank as a mentor for many years, I can tell you factually that the nation has lost a great patriot with his passing. He is a man who loved his family and country with equal enthusiasm. I am proud to have served with him. God bless you Frank.

So, so, so sorry for your loss. Frank was one of the greatest men I knew during my career with the Defense Mapping Agency. Good to the soul, smart and competent in all matters. I often think of the care and kindness he showed towards me as I grew in the agency. His family should know how proud we were to serve with him.

Frank, I've always liked you. Our families were very close and we visited you often. We spent some summers together as kids. You were always our leader. I wished we had spent more time together after our retirement. I have never believed it all ends here, so I won't say goodbye. Your cousin Jr. Rocha

Though I only knew you a short time, you made it feel like as if we've known each other for a lifetime. I will miss seeing you out in the community where we always happened to see each other. God has got this and has brought aboard a new soul to watch over us.

One of my earliest memories of Frank is when he took me for a ride in a 1960 Corvette back when I was a little kid. And I always remembered the advice he gave way back then & drew from it throughout my life. He probably never realized the positive effect he had on me. I regret that Stephanie & I will not be able to attend the services. We will raise a glass in his honor. Mike & Stephanie Weiss
