My deepest sympathy and my prayers to Jerry's family. I knew Jerry in Jr. High School and was totally amazed when our teacher, Mrs. Hamilton, said she was turning the class period over to Jerry who was going to explain the splitting of an Atom, and the Atom bomb. I remember him so well with such knowledge for a young person and he had us all in awe of his intelligence and knowledge. We both attended Brackenridge High School but his classes were always more advanced than we were.
I will never forget the day the bomb was dropped and Jerry explained very carefully to us, but most of us didn't have a clue what he was talking about. We were very simply, very impressed with his knowledge. May he know peace on his new journey and I ask God's blessing on his family. I will never
forget him. Betty Heberer Ludwig
