Uncle Tino ("Fuzzy") - While it is hard to accept that you are gone from this earth, we all know that you are in a better place. I'm sure happiness abounds, as you've joined your brothers Otis & Joe in heaven now. We miss your presence here, but know that you are looking down and continue to watch over us in our lives.
Fondly,
Your nephew James

To my dear brother-in-law. Seeing your picture before me reminds me of the good times that Otis and I, and Jamie and Rebecca had with you. I am sorry that I could not have visited you more in San Antonio. I will miss you, and will forever remember the great brother-in-law you were. May God bless you in Heaven and give you peace.

GOD LOOKED AROUND HIS GARDEN AND FOUND AN EMPTY PLACE. HE THEN LOOKED DOWN UPON HIS EARTH AND SAW YOUR LOVING FACE. HE PUT HIS ARMS AROUND YOU AND LIFTED YOU THE REST.HIS GARDEN MUST BE BEAUTIFUL, HE ALWAYS TAKES THE BEST. HE KNOW THAT YOU WERE SUFFERING, HE KNEW YOU WERE IN PAIN. AND KNEW THAT YOU WOULD NEVER GET WELL ON EARTH AGAIN. HE SAW YOUR PATH WAS DIFFICULT, HE CLOSED YOUR TIRED EYES, HE WISPERED TO YOU "PEACE BE THINE" AND GAVE YOU WINGS TO FLY. WHEN WE SAW YOU SLEEPING SO CALM AND FREE OF PAIN, WE WOULD NOT WISH YOU BACK TO EARTHTO SUFFER ONCE AGAIN. YOU-VE LEFT US PRECIOUS MEMORIES YOUR LOVE WILL BE GUIDE, YOU LIKE ON THROUGH YOUR CHILDREN, YOU'RE ALWAYS BY OUR SIDE. IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU, BUT YOU DID NOT GO ALONE. FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU ON THE DAY GOD CALLED YOU HOME.

I remember the day you excepted Christ as your personal savior! I remember your smile and love of life and good eats...and I remember you promised me a dance. I will see you soon, save me a place just inside the gate.

may the Lord confort you in these moments, embrace his memory in your hearts forever but just remember that once again you will reunite in the presence of the Savior Jesus Christ who was and is and yet to come, To be absent from the body is to be present before the Lord. Y. Ogle

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.
