Wowo,
It has been almost a month since you passed away. I re-play the day of your surgery in my mind all the time. You were expected to recover, your heart as good as new. It's so hard to go everyday without you. We need you Wowo; it hurts so much, for you to be gone. I try to remember everything you would tell me while I was living with you. You know when I see Frank I hope that I would see you come in with him. I am sorry that I didn’t give you great grandchildren, but I know you understand.
I still cry a lot almost every night. Wishing this was just a dream, but reality sets in and I realize that the only place I can see you is in my dreams. I know that you will be with me at all times so I am letting you know Grandma that I love you very much. I hope that you will always look out for me. You have taught me a lot and I will always remember that for life. I wish that I had thanked you for so many things, Wowo. For cooking all those wonderful meals when I stayed with you during middle school and for making me feel important. I want to thank you for taking such an interest in every aspect of my life, and in my friends' lives; and for telling me in your blunt and honest way, when I was doing something wrong. And above all, for making me feel so loved and special, even when I didn't do anything that great. I don't know how to thank you for praying constantly and fervently for me. For all I know your prayers, are what have kept me out of harm's way, and seen me through difficult times.

Thank you wowo, and I love you.

You gave us an amazing life. Your calls for us to "behave ourselves" are echoing in my head. I am so proud to be your Son. I now will tell the great stories of our past to all of my children. I miss you More everyday. I Made you a promise that I will keep, to care and watch over those in nursing homes. funny, I have learned the final lesson in life, "life is short, live everyday as if it were last"....i will Mom.... I promise. until we meet again, I love you so much,
