I am writing on behalf of my 90y.o mother and sister who do not have Facebook access. My mother says that Irene was a kind and generous person.
She would take in strays and mow the lawns of her neighbors just because she wanted to. She used to stage the best barbecues. She was always kind to me and Arlette.

To The Andrade Family, so sorry for the loss of your Mom. She was an awesome lady. She was my sister's first landlady, when there was an apartment in the back of her home. May your memories bring you peace. Rest in peace.

As a child, she was one of my favorite Tias. She would take all the kids to Gyros for a hamburger and "fwent fwise" with a "woot beer". I will remember her as a one and only.

My heart goes out to you and your family during this time. May the Lord shine His face upon you and give you strength. May He shower you with peace and love during this sad time. I love you guys!
