Jim, Amy, and Thomas,
I am heartbroken to learn of the loss of your dearest wife and mom. Jane was an amazing colleague turned friend. I miss her dearly. I will always remember her kind words and deeds with a thankful heart for her positive impact in my life, both professionally and personally. Jane always spoke so proudly of you all as well as other family and dear friends during our catch-up sessions over coffee and tea (and Diet Coke!). She loved and cared deeply for family and friends. Those who had Jane in their life were better for knowing her. Praying the memories you hold of her bring you peace and comfort.

I was so shocked and saddened to see that Jane had passed away! We were neighbors in Fall Creek and she was the most kind hearted, funny and easy going person I had the pleasure to call my friend. She was also a friend /patient to my retired husband's dental practice and was so understanding. I enjoyed catching up with her after her appointments, when I was working at the practice. We had wonderful laughs and she always kept me informed of the latest information, especially how excited she was to retire and how proud she was of her whole family. I am sorry we did not get together more often. I always enjoyed getting her Christmas cards to see how her travels were so amazing, and her children were growing up to be such wonderful adults. May the wonderful memories of her be with all of you and comfort you at this time.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Tom, Hilda, Amanda, Nathan, Matthew and Hannah Bice

My deepest condolences to all. I knew Jane when we worked at Oak Grove Elementary. I was a Special Education teacher and I recall her work with my kiddos. Always a smile on her face. Her sweet voice echoes in my memories of her. I am blessed to have seen her a few years ago at a retirement party. God bless you at this time of great loss.

What a joy is was to get to know Jane. Her kindness and wit equipped her to be an exceptional I'm In Charge presenter to the many children who listened to her wisdom about being safe. Plus she was an exceptional and welcoming hostess in her home for our meetings and fed us delicious soups and other treats! I will certainly miss spending more time with this exceptional lady but will remain grateful for having known and been influenced by her. My sincere condolences to her family.

We are heart broken to hear of Jane's passing. We truly loved her and all the help she provided for Markie while he was at Redland. Markie loved getting the post cards he received while she and Leila were traveling and cherishes each one. It is a coinsident that we share the same street number in Fall Creek and have previously received your mail and did not realize it until she opened the door. She was a wonderful person and truly cared for all her children. She will be sorely missed. Please know we are praying for your family and keeping you in our thoughts.

My condolences go out to Jane's family.
Although I have only know Jane since 2016 when I joined our beautiful Bexar Hugs Auxiliary of the San Antonio Assistance League, I had the honor of serving on the Board with Jane for two years. In the short time that I knew Jane, I admired her for the person she was.. very caring, kind and passionate about the children that we serve. Jane had a great sense of humor and was one of the kindest persons I have met. She will be so missed

Jane was such a kind and generous woman. I think of her fondly every time I read a book (she gave me) to my son. She forever left an imprint on my heart and impacted me as an educator because without her I wouldn't have survived my first year teaching.

Jane was such a lovely person with a heart that kept giving wherever she was needed. Jane's legacy & impact in the Bexar Hugs Auxiliary & Assistance League of San Antonio made such a difference in the organization and our community's school children with the I'm In Charge safety program. The word "no" was not a word in Jane's vocabulary. Jane, may you rest in peace--I know where you are--you earned your wings, friend!

Jane was my closest and dearest friend. We had many wonderful times together. I told her often that she had a perfect personality. She was a joy to be around no matter what your mood. If you were sad, she could lift your spirits with one conversation. Nobody ever could have a friend as wonderful as Jane. I will remember and treasure our many adventures together for the rest of my life.

Jane was a wonderful person who could light up a room with her smile and laughter. I had the please of supervising her while she worked at Northside ISD. She was always the professional and an amazing speech-language pathologist. When I interviewed her she and I could not believe we had mutual friends in North Dakota. I will miss catching up with her at our state convention and above all miss her beautiful spirit.
May God bless your family during this time of sorrow.

Jane and I were on the same Operation School Bell shift at the Assistance League Thrift House. I haven't seen her since February and had no idea she was ill. She taught the children (who waited to be called to be given free school clothing) how to be in charge of their personal space when not around their parents. It's our "I'm in Charge" Program. She was great with the children and you knew they were paying attention to the information. I really enjoyed knowing her and she will be missed. Jane was smart, friendly, generous, and great to be around. My sincere condolences to her family.

Jane was a tremendous advocate for children with special needs! Her skills were put to good use for the many years that I knew her at Oak Grove Elementary. She was admired and loved by her colleagues and friends, but perhaps most importantly will be remembered as a sweet teacher to the hundreds of students whose lives she touched. We will miss you, Jane!

Jane truly was an exceptional woman. She was funny, kind beyond any measure and always ready to help with any problem. My heart breaks for her family who she loved so very much. Amy and Thomas, your names always brought a light into your mom's eyes. She was so very proud of you! She loved you and your dad so much. Her loss is felt deeply by many. I don't know how to help but if there is any thing I can do just ask.
