Jeannie Janis Yeager
March 10, 1944 - October 1, 2025
Jeannie Janis Yeager, age 81, passed away October 1,2025 in San Antonio TX. She was born March 10, 1944, in Kansas, OK to Jesse and Anna Jane Fields. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She worked in the civil service for 40 plus years wherever husband Emery was stationed while serving in the US Army. Jeannie enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and watching her soap operas. Her biggest joy was her grandchildren.

Mrs. Yeager was preceded in death by her husband, Emery Yeager; daughter, Toni Yeager Birmingham: and son Jeff Yeager.

She is survived by her son-in-law Gary W. Birmingham, grandchildren Braden, Casey, Taylor and Alex Birmingham.

Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 13, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
