Joe Nick Chavez went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2015 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on September 10, 1934 in San Antonio, to Joe R. Chavez and Josephine Morales-Chavez. Mr. Chavez worked for civil service for 40 years at K.A.F.B. He is survived by his brother, Robert F. Chavez & wife, Sally; niece, Andrea Chavez; nephew, Chris Hopkins; and numerous cousins.

SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 6:00pm-9:00pm, with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm at Brookehill Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 2:00pm at San Fernando Cemetery #3, 1735 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78226.

My sincerest condolences to the Chavez family during you're time of mourning. I had the pleasure of working for him for many years. He was a wonderful man to work for. I will always remember him for the wonderful man was.
