my dearest cousin isela and tia blanca, words are not enough to express the lost of my greatest tio jonadab. he was there though all my hardest times.he was very easy to talk to. and most importantly his great loud laugh. thats one thing me and him had in common. just know that he will always be in our hearts 4 ever. if ever there is a possible way me and my family can help please do not hesitate to call or let us know. I LOVE YA ALL VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! will talk to u later and plan to c tio in paradise! =-)

Blanca, Isela & Jona,
there are no words that can describe such saddness. Jona was the brother I didn't have and he treated me (us) like we were really blood related. I have so many memories w/Jona, too many to list, but overall all the times I would make him laugh. I used to enjoy saying things that would really crack him up. I'm so glad we were close because I can honestly say there was nothing I should of done or could of done...he knew it all he knew we appreciated ALL he did for us. He was such a great help w/the care of my father, my father misses u so much. Jona if I can tell you everything you were , such a good provider, you were good to my sister, you were her everything and u knew it , you were a great father,you were so good to us. I can go on and on ...you were such a great person, I knew if i was calling you for a favor it was a done deal you did everything you could. I just hope Jona that you were able to hear everything we told you in the hospital we meant everything. We miss you so much . Blanca & Isela rest assure that I will be there for ANYTHING you need no matter what time it is...I love you guys and remember Jona loved us. Miss you so much Jona you can not imagine.....

Supimos por nuestros amigos en San Antonio del fallecimiento de Jonadab e lamentamos mucho lo que paso. Apesar que nosotros estamos lejos de ustedes compartimos su dolor y lamentamos de no poder estar a su lado. Tu e Isela estan en nuestros pensamientos e oraciones. Se que es una etapa muy dificil en sus vidas perder alguien muy querido e amado, pero tenemos la certeza de que un dia escucharemos la risa de Jonadab en la resurrecion.Esperamos que Jehova los bendiga e cuide de ustedes en este momento difficil. I'm extremely sorry for what happen in your family. I want to give you our most sympathy on what happen with your brother-in-law. I'm sorry that we weren't able to make it to the funeral but we had just had a lost as well in ours. So it was kinda still tough for us to go thru that again. I hope your sister and family is doing well.
The advantage, of course, that we have is the hope that Jehovah has given us. All that matters now is that we can be there to see them again. If you or your family need anything, please don't hesitate to call me. Please give your sister and family our most sincere sympathy and yall have been in our prayers.

Hola girls, it's me again. Wanted to keep in touch and see how you girls are doing. Hoping with Jehova's help you girls can pull thru each day that passes by. Nothing comforts us for the moment. But we know only Jehova can give us his power and his holy spirit to cope with such a tremendous loss. It is a great loss, he had so much life in him. But we know that our life in this cruel system of things is just hanging by a thread, anything can cut it short, at anytime. But it's fundamental that we keep in mind that Jona had a good name for and with Jehova, that Satan can't take away. Jona won the victory and for that I'm so happy cause he will come to life again, that's Jehova's promise and he doesn't lie. That we can be assured. We can't let Satan rob us of the opportunity to see Jona again. We have to win we are going to be there to welcome Jona and he will praise and thank Jehova cause we made it there. Hi girls. It's me , Jona's aunt Alicia from California, been thinking about you girls alot. Wanted to see how you're doing. I know there is nothing I can say or do to ease your pain and hurt, but I just wanted to let both of you know that you are in my prayers everyday, praying to Jehova to give you both the strength that is beyond the normal, for Jehova to give you both his power & spirit to cope with such great loss. I just cant start to imagine the pain, Jona was there for my 25th anniversary, he was there for mom's funeral. Those things are really appreciated, will never be forgotten! Just wanted to let you know, that I'm here for both of you.
P.s. Whenever you girls are ready to come over to California, you girls have a place to stay in my house. Don't have to do anything big, just here to be together and comfort each other. Love ya much,

Nuestra querida hermana Blanca y tu querida hija y demas familiares. Este es un mensaje en el cual no hay palabras, no sabemos como expresarnos, no podemos expresar el dolor que nos causo la muerte de Jonadab, el gran amigo de nuestro hijo Eduardo. Todavia no ascimilamos estas cosas, pero lo unico que mi esposo Raymundo y yo Edna le pedimos a Jehova el Dios de tierna misericordia y todo consuelo, que la paz y la resignacion este contigo Blanquita y tu hija Izela, y de toda la familia incluyendo tu madre y tus hermanas. Esto no se olvida nunca, pero si quedan los hermosos momentos que se dieron dentro de la familia, y hay que recordar que Jehova Dios ya lo tiene en el libro de los recuerdos, y dentro de nuestros corazones tambien. You know how much tio meant to me. i saw him like my second father who took me in and guided me as his own daughter when I needed guidance and direction. He tried so hard to keep me on a straight path when i was going through my rebeliousness stage. We grew so close together as if I was ya'lls daughter too. I remember he would always make my my morning shakes with all this protein junk in there that tasted horrible, but i couldn't leave the house with out drinking it all.
Even though Brian didn't know him for long he loved tio so much. He always told me,"gosh your uncle's laugh is so contagious." My tio will never be forgotten we love him so much. We will be here for you if you ever need anything!

We were so sorry to hear about Jonadab. Although we had not seen him in years, we remember the fine young man and example he was in the San Angelo congregation. We remember how he set spiritual goals and achieved them by going to Bethel. I remember him as a good son, brother and friend. It pleases me to hear that he was also a good father.
Jehovah does not forget those who ran the spiritual race, they may have had pitfalls along the way but what is important is that they lifted themselves up and finished the race faithful to him. We would like to express our condolence and sympathy to all his family but we rejoice knowing that Jehovah has not forgotten him.

Jonah is very much loved and such an important part of our lives. .
It is hard to grasp that I can't talk to him or see him , come into a room with his keys dangling and his baseball cap backwards , hear him laugh a carcajadas or tell a joke, that really wasn't that funny but would make me laugh anyway, because his laughter made it hilarious. When it came to spiritual guidance, me decia 'tu nada mas sigue adelante, sigue lo que estas haciendo Tienes a Jehova'. Pienso en Blanca , y el gran amor que le tiene a Jonadab, y en la fe solida que tiene ahora mas que nunca en la esperanza de la resurreccion. Este sistema es temporal, y pronto te veremos en el paraiso...

My wife and I talked with Jonadab and his lovely wife a week ago at the Circuit Assembly, after many years had passed. He was so proud of his daughter getting baptized. We lived in San Angelo when Jonadab and Sarai were young. We were deeply saddened when we heard the news. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. May Jehovah continue to sustain you!
