Juan Lopez Obituary
Juan F. Lopez, age 77, entered the Kingdom of God Monday, February 11, 2013.
Mr. Lopez was an active parishioner of St. Leonard's Catholic Church while serving as a Lay Minister, Eucharistic Minister, a member of Guadalupana Society, Crusillista, volunteer of St. Vincent DePaul Society and Bereavement Group. Mr. Lopez taught his grandchildren to assemble Rosaries and was proud to donate proceeds to various organizations at St. Leonard's Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Ernestina Reyes Lopez, and son, Ruben R. Lopez. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Maria L. and Agustin Ortiz, Connie L. and Juan Quintero and Carmen L. and Humberto Soto; sons and daughters-in-law Roland R. Lopez, Mario and Hope Lopez, Amador and Janet Lopez, Javier and Anita Lopez; 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Rosalina L. and Hipolito Ulloa, Thomasa Lopez, Guadalupe Engleking, brothers Gaudencio and Delma Lopez, Salvador and Rosa Lopez, Emilio and Rosario Lopez; numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives. The children of Mr. Lopez would like to express their deepest appreciation to Gabriel Melendez Cepeda of Mexico for his valuable assistance during their time of need. Visitation to begin Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 4PM at Delgado Funeral Home Chapel. Rosary to be recited at 7PM. Funeral procession to depart at SAM Monday February 18, 2013. A Funeral Mass will be offered t 8:30AM at St. Leonard's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery No. 2. Arrangements by
