Thanks for the Memories
I remember the time he jumped off of the steps of the trailer, thinking he was Superman, and hitting his mouth on the concrete so hard that he killed the nerves in his tooth. I remember the hole in the floor of the trailer where we would pass cookies from the inside to the outside to each other. I remember running in and out so many times that we’d be locked outside. I remember the rides in the back of Dad’s truck to the pool. I remember the year that Keith and Alex snuck sweets into my bedroom while I was away at Girl Scout camp and I came home to sleep in a bed full of ants.
I remember the year we moved into a real house. I remember climbing the mesquite tree in the back yard and how Keith would shake to tree to scare me. Oh how he would throw a ball to Boots so that she could fetch – I swear he could do that all day long! I remember my 16th birthday when we had the shaving cream fight and how we dunked for apples in the dog’s water dish! I remember the huge barbeques that mom and dad had and how we ate cold pork chops for an after-school snack. I remember getting lost on the railroad tracks because we went the wrong way and how we were able to save a litter of baby possums in Keith’s jean jacket. And I know Keith is still laughing at me getting shot in the butt with a b-b-gun! I bet he still cringes at the thought of the blackout when we were all home by ourselves.
And I bet he even remembers his first bloody nose. Yeah, I gave that one to him. How sorry I am for that. I remember him throwing me over his shoulders and spinning me around until I wanted to puke simply because he was finally bigger than me. I dearly remember the belt buckle he had made for me with the buffalo nickels in it. I still have it.
I remember all the silver dollars he gave Stephanie because she was his first niece and she remembers too. I remember the joy he had when he found out he was going to have another niece. And I remember that summer in Oklahoma when he had the girls and how much fun they had with him. I also remember how Keith brought them home to Texas so they could bury their daddy. I wish we could all forget that.
Oh, how I remember Keith calling me to tell me he was going to be a Daddy! What a great day that was!
I remember the first time he went to war and I remember the second time. I know I’ll never forget it. I remember the early morning phone calls when all he wanted to do was to say hello. And I remember how many times I didn’t have time to talk to him. Oh how I regret that.
I will forever remember Alex and I holding Keith's hands when he took his last breath as he was ushered into the arms of Jesus.
You, my dearest brother, will always be remembered. Thanks for the memories.

No words can express the feelings and emotions when losing a loved one; especially one as dear as Keith. He was a fine brother, a proud veteran and an awesome father. Keith is a hero in my eyes and will be missed forever.
I will be eternally indebted to Keith for all that he has taught me. He was ALWAYS available to those in need, no matter the circumstance. I am grateful he afforded me the opportunity to stand by his side, even though only for a short time.
Keith, you will be missed evermore. I love you Bubba.

To all, I am sorry that myself and my family were not able to be there, but we were there in thoughts. I know uncle Keith is happy where he is and is watching over all of us. It was nice to get to see him in March of 2008 when we flew out to Georgia to see my dad, Alex and Fredia Korda and uncle Keith was passing through. I wish everyone the best and may his soul rest in peace. Much love forever and always uncle Keith your niece, Cynthia Salas and Family

Upon meeting Keith for the first time, my husband and I immediately felt the warm, caring heart that exumed throughout his soul and into the hearts of others. He is our beloved neighbors' son and he introduced himself to us when he saw that we were having trouble with our lawn mower. He came right over, fixed it immediately and we were amazed at his ability to drop everything he was doing just to come help someone he did not even know yet. We were blessed to have been able to see him again and always loved to see him with his parents who love him with all their heart, and their hearts are huge and full of gold. He was a brave man, friend to all, beloved son, father, brother, hero, and now he is serving the good Lord in Heaven, preparing for the fight that we will all partake in when all the angels come down from Heaven with Jesus to take us all home to be together for all eternity. Keith served his country and the world with all his might, but God needed a well trained soldier in Heaven and we will recognize him when he emerges with the army of God and we all join forces to fight the evil and sin all of us have endured. Keith taught us to be brave in any and all circumstances and I look forward to seeing his kind face again with a halo upon his head, which reminds me of my favorite shirt that i wore almost every day as a child because it read so true..."This world is not my home. Although it seems to be. My home is with my God in the place He's made for me. He's coming back real soon. The signs are very clear. So when the trumpets sound, I'll be outta here!" See you again, Keith and next time, forever!
Love Always,
the Bradleys

My heart goes out to the family for my handsome nephew, we had so many fun times together when he would come for a vacation with his son here to Mo. I know we shall meet again in heaven and be able to have fun again.
Jhn14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Keith was taken from us all before his time and before his dreams were fulfilled. His legacy will live on in his family, friends, and through his children. Despite his struggles throughout his life lessons, he strived to do better not just for himself, but for his children, and they should know that they were loved very much by this young man even through his struggles, both good and bad times. His children were always in his heart and on his mind.
Our prayers go out to his family and friends that were close to him, in that they can get through their grief knowing that they're not forgotten.
May God's peace be with you, and keep you. We'll soon meet again.
God Bless, Love, and our sincerest love and condolences.

When our time here is done,
We drift away quietly with the angels,
Leaving behind our grieving loved ones,
to pick up all the pieces.
Know I am there always,
With my hand upon your shoulder,
Ready to comfort you,
With memories of my life.
Keith will be greatly missed by all of his family... including his cousins, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this, your time of grief!
We are sending lots of love and prayers!

To the family of Keith Korda
As Jesus comforts his apostles: So may he comfort you during this difficult time.
JOHN 14: 1-4
Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me.
In my father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also. And where I go ye know, and the way ye know.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these difficult times. We love you and continue to pray for God's blessings upon each of you.
