Leona Tuck Obituary

TUCK
Leona Marjorie (Ustahol) Tuck, age 92 of Plano, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2013 at the Waterford Assisted Living in Plano, Texas. She was born on November 27, 1921 in Hemingford, Nebraska where her parents were farmers. She is the youngest of three children. Her brother Leonard Ustahol and her sister Viola Shepard preceded her in death. She married Flight Officer George R. Tuck in South Carolina in 1943 and was married for 61 years. George was career Air Force retiring as a Colonel. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2004. Margie worked as a nurse and homemaker throughout her life. She was recognized by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover in 1943 for assisting in breaking up a spy ring in the United States based on conversations she overheard in the apartments where they lived. She is survived by one son: Terry Tuck of Plano, Texas and his wife Patti as well as 2 grandsons, Shane Tuck and his wife Erin of Grapeland, Texas and Dean Tuck and his wife Dianne of Perth, Australia. Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano has charge of the arrangements. There will be a grave side service at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
