Lillian Sauer Obituary

Lillian Ella Germer Sauer, loving wife and mother, went to be the Lord on April 12, 2001 at the age of 79 years. She was born on November 7, 1921 in Maxwell, TX to Andreas and Bertha Germer. Mrs. Sauer was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Leonard Henry Sauer; her brother, Walter (Sandy) Germer and her sister, Helen Forister. Her devotion to family and friends was known to all. She was cherished by her daughters, Kathleen and Dr. Larry Lothringer, Sue and Dominic Locastro, Ginny and Graham Littrell, and Jackie and Rick Fisher; brother, Louis Germer; sisters, Clara Marnoch and Viola Nowlin; grandchildren, Cary and Amy Lothringer, Leslie and Dale Hodges, Anthony, Nicole and Wendy Locastro, Nathan and Aaron Littrell and Andrea and Michael Fisher; great-grandchild, Devin Hodges; a host of other loving family members and friends. Her smile and gently nature will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice Home Care, 10221 Desert Sands, Suite 301, San Antonio, TX 78216 or to the Wild Animal Orphanage, P.O. Box 690422, San Antonio, TX 78269 SERVICES A Rosary will be held on Friday, April 13, 2001 at 4:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge Drive. A Service of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2001 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church located at 159 Camino Santa Maria at 2:00 P.M. with Father John Manahan officiating. Interment will follow Services at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Helotes. Mission Park North Funeral
