Margaret Countess Obituary

COUNTESS
Margaret Lee Fulton Countess, born July 20, 1934 passed away June 5, 2011 after a brief illness. She was born in Cumberland, MD, the oldest child of George W. Fulton and Leota Kennell. She graduated near the top of her class at Ursuline Academy and went on to work at the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company until the birth of her first child. She and her family moved to San Antonio in 1973 when her husband was stationed to Lackland AFB. She is preceded in death by her beloved dogs Rex and Trixie and her parents. She is survived by her husband James H. Countess, her children James and Deborah, all of San Antonio. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Srb of Jacksonville, FL, her brother George Fulton of Daytona Beach, FL. She was greatly loved and she will be greatly missed. In keeping with her wishes there will be no services and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Red Cross or the Bexar County Humane Society.

Sorry to hear about Peggy. It is very difficult, but I know you all are strong and will continue to make her proud. I remember the delicious Christmas goodies she backed. I lived across the street from your family.
