Dale Hicks Obituary
Dale Winston Hicks, of Chattanooga passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the age of 75. He was born on April 4, 1950, to Jake Hicks and Louise Chapman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Gold Wing Motorcycle Riding! He was involved in the Gold Wing Road Riders Association and the TWRA. He graduated from Kirkman High School.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Emma Chapman; father, Jake Hicks; fiancée, Sandra Price; and half-brother, Ricky Holcomb.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Dale (Sherry) Hicks; daughter, Michelle (Connie) Hicks; half-brother, Tim (Teresa) Holcomb; grandchildren, Corey and Alex Hicks, and Ashley, Shelby, Drew, and Brelee Isaac; several great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and beloved friends.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held from 11:00AM until 7:00PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Companion Funeral Home – Chattanooga Chapel located at 6018 John Douglass Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
