Norman Lehr Obituary

Norman Lehr, age 73, passed away Friday, May 23, 2003 in San Antonio. He retired from the United States Air Force after 23 years of service and was past Master of Valley Hi Masonic Lodge No. 1407 A.F. & A.M. Mr. Lehr worked as a locksmith after retiring from the military. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and also coached baseball for his children's teams. Mr. Lehr will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Hannelore Lehr; sons, Dwaine Lehr and his wife Marie and Robert Lehr and his wife Jeannie; daughter, Madeline Louk; sister, Yvonne DelVecchio; brothers, Dwight Lehr and Russell Lehr; also, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, May 26, 2003 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. The Funeral Procession will depart at 9:30 A.M., May 27, 2003 from Sunset Northwest Funeral Home for a 10:00 A.M. Graveside Service at Ft. Sam National Cemetery with Full Military Honors and Masonic Services under the auspices of Valley Hi Masonic Lodge No. 1407 A.F. & A.M. Please visit www.mem.com for an online memorial and tributes.
