Rebecca Marie Rendon, 70, was born to Bertha M. and Alfred T. Rendon November 14, 1950 in Victoria Texas. She passed from this life on March 24, 2021 in San Antonio Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred T. Rendon and her sister, Kathleen Janet Mathena.
Rebecca is survived by her mother, Bertha Maldonado Rendon, brothers: Mark Rendon (wife Brenda), Fred Roland Rendon and sister Christina Fierro (husband Sidney). Rebecca's life role was that of a loving aunt "Nan" (Nana) to Sidney Aaron, and all her nieces and nephews she lovingly adored. Rebecca received a B.A. in Public Administration, at San Diego State University California. Rebecca's most rewarding enjoyment was opening her home child care and caring for her daycare children, affectionately known as Nana to them. Her focus was family, faith and all her friends.
She will be remembered full of love, and laughter but mostly full of life with all around her. Funeral Services are Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 12:00pm at the FJT Mausoleum Chapel Dominion, 20900 IH-10 W, interment to follow at Mission Burial Park North.
