The Montoya Family would like to express our deep condolences and prayers to the family of Richard. The Montoya family grew up in the same old neighborhood that Richard grew up. Even though we all grew up and lost contact we never forgot the friendship we had with the Rodriguez family. God bless you all and may the lord be with you during this time. I did not have the honor of knowing Richard. However my fiancee spoke highly of him. Our condolences and prayers are with all of you at this time. May the Lord be with you all during this time. Rest in Peace Richard you will be missed.
