Richard White Obituary

WHITE
Born on February 11, 1951 Richard Dennis White crossed the river quietly on October 26, 2013. Known for his knowledge of sports, Rick was an avid Spurs fan and lover of the Dallas Cowboys. He was one of the original San Antonio Spurs "Baseline Bums," legendary for their vocal support of their beloved team. A long-time musician, Rick was a talented drummer and guitar player, and had some of his best times playing with his closest friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Velma White. He is survived by his wife Gayle, his daughter Shannon and her husband John Millsap, his son Scott, and wife Nicole, and granddaughter Kylie, his brother Chris and wife Jenny, his brother Jim and wife Sandy, and many nieces and nephews; and his in laws Leo and Vi and numerous other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 1, 2013 at 12:00PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Wounded Warriors Project.
