Robert Beltran Obituary

Robert C. Beltran, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother, was called home by our Lord on Friday, May 6, 2005 at the age of 76. He was born on July 31, 1928 to Leon and Paulita Beltran. He is survived by his wife Antonia of 56 years and children, Rose Marie Diaz and husband David, Robert P. Beltran, Mary Jane Perez and husband Sergio, Arlene Beltran, Sandra Garcia and husband Felipe, Norma Jean Herrera and husband Adrian and Sylvia C. Velez; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; brother, Richard Beltran of California; sisters, Pauline Rios of California and Dolores Charles of San Antonio. Robert had the greatest pride in having served in the United States Army as a Medical Technician, immediately after World Ward II. He served with the 28th Station Hospital in Japan, earning a World Ward II Victory Medal and an Army of Occupational Medal Japan. SERVICES Visitation will be held at Mission Park South Funeral Home on Monday, May 9th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, May 10th for a mass of catholic burial to be celebrated at St. Leo's Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Mission Park Funeral Chapels South.
