Rodolfo E. "Rudy" Cisneros

Rodolfo "Rudy" E. Cisneros, age 65, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 4, 2006 surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Esther G. Cisneros; his brother, Rev. Daniel Cisneros; daughters, Mary Esther C. Pena and husband John and their daughter, Renee; Anita C. Parvin and husband George and their sons, Moses (Kimberly) and Issac; Margarita C. Salinas, and her daughter, Viana; Sonia C. Maldonado and husband Jeffrey and their daughters, Xsy and Flannery; and son, Rodolfo Cisneros, Jr. and wife Laurie Ann and their children, Alexandria and Rudy III; and 2 great grandchildren, Madison and Adam; numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Cisneros; father, Juan Cisneros, Sr.; brothers, Juan Jr., David and Richard. He was a beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. From his beginnings in the printing department at Lanier High School to serving the Westside community for over 40 years as a printer who loved his trade. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, good humor and strength. He is leaving a legacy of love and memories that will remain with all those who were touched by him. He will be missed tremendously by his family and countless friends who loved him dearly. He will not be forgotten. May the Lord give us the strength to endure until we meet again. Visitation Monday, August 7, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Castillo Mission Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Castillo Mission Funeral Home. Departure from funeral home on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help with Rev. Daniel Cisneros officiating.
