Roger Rodriguez Obituary
Roger Rodriguez Jr. born October 10, 1995 and went to be with the Lord on January 23, 2013 at the age of 17. He is survived by his Father Roger (Sylvia) Rodriguez Sr., Mother Monica Guevara (Eloy); Sisters: Heather Marie, Desiree and Carolina Rodriguez; Brothers: Cruz Angel and Giovanni Guevara and Jesse Rodriguez; Grandparents: Mary Alice and Ralph Rodriguez and Cruz and Teresa Guevara; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 12:00pm with a Rosary 7:00pm at Delgado Funeral Home. Funeral procession will depart Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 9:30am for a funeral mass at 10:00am at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.

My heart goes out to the family of this sweet kid. We used to live a couple of doors down from Roger and his family. He used to hang out with my daughter and always asked if he could be her boyfriend...They were only about 11. Roger was the sweetest kid, always very respectful to me and my husband. And always made us laugh. it truly broke our hearts to hear about his passing. May GOD hold him near and may you and your family find peace. He will be remember as a sweetheart...

May God Give You The Strengh To Overcome This Very Painful Event.
Im in no way connected to this young man but it broke my heart to read his tragic death. I honestly hurt to read so many great stories about him. I'm a mother and I do not and can not imagine what his mother is going through. May you find some peace - not now or months from now but when your heart is ready. I wish I could say more comforting words but I know nothing right now will ease the pain. Just know your son even without knowing him made a big impact - May He Rest In Peace.

My daughter was one of Roger's teachers and she says he was always polite and respectful to her. She has spoken about the impact of his loss several times over the last few days so I am writing to express my condolences. I hope good memories and the prayers of friends will help you through this difficult time.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the unexpected loss of Roger. Roger was always so respectful and nice to me and I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet him through my son Matthew.
