Spencer Cyrus "Cy" Scott passed away April 14, 2024. Cy was born April 28, 1955. His wife, Virginia, and both of his parents, Nancy and Spencer Scott, and his sisters, Patricia and Debbie, preceded him in death. Cy is survived by his nephew, Scott McHargue and his wife Joy, and their children, Jordan, Donovan, and Truman, and his niece, Rebecca Baxter and her husband Chuck, and their children, Quentin, Parker, Spencer, and Sophie.

We met Cy and Virginia through deer hunting in Colorado. Nicest people you could ever meet. Fond memories. They visited us in California.

I met cy about 1979 when his family owned "alright parking" in San Antonio. My company "McCorp" had exclusive contract for maintaining their parking lots downtown. Mike Lozano worked at Jordan ford downtown and the three of us buddied around. Cy taught me to hunt on his 500 acres near BLanco and he bought me a hunting rifle just like his dad´s, which I liked to use. My wife, Deborah and I attended his wedding at San Francisco Steak House. Deborah and I have many fond memories of him befriending us and being very loving, caring, kind and generous with himself. He is missed! Bill Dubel

I have known and been friends with cy for 40 years. he was the nicest, most thoughtful and caring human ive ever known. im shocked to hear this, i checked on him often and things seemed fine. this is truly heartbreaking, i will miss him every day. god bless you my friend
