Stephen Nunnelee Obituary

Stephen Joseph Nunnelee passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, at the age of 52.

Stephen was born at the US Army Hospital in Munich, Germany. He spent his middle and high school years in San Antonio, where he attended Robert G. Cole High School and graduated from Churchill in 1982. He was a talented musician avid rugby player. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University
where he majored in Communications.

Stephen is survived by his son, Stephen J. Nunnelee, Jr. of Dallas, TX, and a grandson, Cainen Trae Nunnelee. He is also survived by his Mother and Stepfather, Joan and Robert Turner, his Father and Stepmother, Joseph and Sara Nunnelee, his loving sister, Laura Nunnelee Perez and husband Raul, his devoted brother, Christian C. Nunnelee, all of San Antonio, plus many more. Stephen was intelligent, friendly and outgoing with a kind and generous heart and spirit. He was quick to laugh, had a wonderful sense of humor, and deep love for his family and friends. He touched many people in his short life, and we will miss him always.
