William Frederick Stolhandske, better known as Bill, passed peacefully on March 1, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 84 surrounded by his family. He was born in Baytown, Texas to Carl Eber and Janie Anna Stolhandske.
Bill attended the University of Texas in Austin where he played football and graduated with a degree in Business and Accounting. He then went on to graduate from South Texas School of Law and began his career in law with his brother Tom in San Antonio, Texas. He was a well known and respected attorney in San Antonio and throughout South Texas. He was active in the community, especially his church, Mount Calvary, where he served as an elder. He built friendships wherever he went and had an ability to make anyone feel at ease with his warm words and sharp wit. He loved to hunt and fish and to be outdoors. Bill's athletic disposition never dulled, nothing topped a ball game in the afternoon be it the Longhorns or one of his grandchildren playing. Above all, Bill was a social man who cherished time spent with his friends and his family. Nothing was as important to Bill as his family, all of whom he offered unwavering love and steadfast support.

The world lost a good man, a great friend, and better husband and father. I would not have my last will and testament nor my business has it not been for Bill. I´m deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I will miss our talks and his visits. God bless you always. My deepest heart felt condolences to the family.

I just found out Mr. Sto has transitioned to rest with God. I was his mechanic going on 10 years, but he wasn't just a client.... he was my friend, we would often talk about life issues, God and I've never left his presence saddened even if my day wasn't going well.
He is certainly missed and his family will ever be in my prayers and thoughts.
Rest well sir, you truly made a difference and I am so God allowed our paths to cross.
My tears are from sadness yet happy you gained your heavenly reward.
