Thank you so much to all who have expressed their condolences after my mother's death. I especially appreciate those who made the time to come celebrate her life last Sunday. It means a great deal to be able to share all of the wonderful memories as we adjust to a world without her.

Jack, we are so sorry to hear about Angela. Even when a person isn't well, the loss is still very painful. You were such a strong support for Angela through such difficult times and I know it made life easier for her to know you were there.

I was so saddened to read about Angela's death. I shall always have the memory of her bright smile and exuberant nature .

A special memory: For about 5 years (before her eyes began to dim,) I would often notice Angela on the stairs at the alter of our little church (sometimes even before the faithful warming-up of the organ). After repeated observations, I once asked Angela what she was looking at or what was she doing. She told me she was making sure the flowers had enough water. This was one of the many quiet ways Angela served. I don't guess anyone knew of this thoughtful, weekly duty she offered in silence; but her voice, mind, hands and caring heart will be greatly missed.

The remembrance written for Angela beautifully expresses her joie de vivre. Her life was remarkably full and creative.
