Seeing Bonnie's obituary in the paper was heartbreaking.... Bonnie was such a vibrant soul. She lit up any room she entered. Not only highly intelligent, but an absolutely beautiful woman. She will be missed.

Bonnie was always so up beat! She was extremely helpful when I ran the Interact Club at the academy as well as all of the work to ensure the success of the class reunions. God Bless her family as they deal with her loss. Carolyn Roy Cope Class of '68

So sad to read this. We share a common ancestor in Karl Schell (my great-grandfather). Bonnie reached out to me several years ago and we connected the branches of our family trees. We had some very nice phone conversations and she struck me as a lovely person. May she rest in peace. CAK III

I knew Bonnie from San Dieguito Academy where she was the Alumni Coordinator. She worked so hard on the Mustang Memories newsletter which was an informative and beautiful publication. Bonnie loved every piece of old Mustang memorabilia I came across. Her duties were many, yet she found time to make friends with all alumni who came through our doors. Her kindness and care was abundant. Rest in peace sweet Bonnie. It was a pleasure to have known you. Lois Delanty

This is so like classy Bonnie to take care of business and her family by writing her own obituary. John and I share so many fun and care-free memories with Bonnikins and Christopher over the last decade or so that we will cherish. The most recent visit last month will forever be imprinted in our hearts and souls. We spent some time reflecting on our stories of shenanigans over the years but spending time listening to this truly exceptional women speak of her life long before we knew her along with her special memories of raising and homeschooling her precious boys alongside the man she loves was truly an honor to be part of. Saying goodbye was almost impossible to do but Bonnie is and always will be in our hearts and forever seen in her grandson“s smiles and laughs. We love you Chris.

I'm so sorry to hear of Bonnie's passing. I enjoyed talking with Bonnie whenever CommQuest had a get-together. Bonnie aIways had something fun and interesting to share! I loved her enthusiasm. I remember Bonnie looking stunning in her dress for one of our holiday parties in the early CommQuest days.

I met Bonnie in a restaurant in Croatia a few years ago she was with Chris, Kevin and Gabbi, I have never laughed so much as I did that night. What a wonderful woman she was, I invited her to join me in Vegas for my 60th birthday never dreamt her and Gabbi would take me seriously but they drove all the way from their home to join me and help me celebrate, they are the only times we met but I feel like we were sisters. Bonnie you have left me with incredible memories that I will hold close to my heart for the rest of my life. Rest in peace sweet lady from your very heartbroken friend from across the pond, your scouse Lucile ball, love you always xx

Bonnie was also my SIL. I was married to Chris' eldest brother, Mike. I remember the first time I met her. It was at the Wrenderosa and she knew I was nervous about meeting all of the Wrens that day. She sat me down to play Scrabble and spent a great deal of time making me feel welcomed. After my husband passed, I hit a very low spot in my life and Bonnie wrote to me. I have saved those emails of encouragement and still read them from time to time. Bonnie was funny, happy, thoughtful and wise. I consider myself lucky to have known & loved her.

Bonnie was one of the finest people I have ever known, bar none. I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone, even when she was struggling with her own battles. She was a true and loving spirit beloved by all who knew her. There is no way to fill the hole she leaves in the lives of her family. They loved her well and truly and I hope they can take a little bit of comfort in that. I love you Bonnie and will do so always. Cindy
