I was only 5 when Sandi got married and I remember with great fondness the many times I used to spend the night with her and Ben.
She was always so wonderful to me. She was my hero. As I got older, I realized how close we were in so many ways which made us close in spirit. Even though we lived thousands of miles away, it was like we were never apart when we did get to visit.
She gave love, understanding, kindness, and generosity deeper meaning for so many. Her wit and humor made you feel at ease in any situation.
I continue to admire the pure strength of character she displayed with such dignity and grace. I will forever have a piece of me missing but I am so thankful for such wonderful memories of a beautiful sister.

Sandi! wow what a "Special" Sister! even her laugh was different! She could laugh about nothing, and yet you knew it was, hilarious when you heard about it. Sandi! we will miss your laugh, and your since of humor, along with "All" the other good you brought into our lives. You are a "Dear" "One"! and an "Angel" you were!!I will miss you very much.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Cassandra I think you were a great, great person. You were always kind and very generous and also very industrious. The time that you helped Delia with the "mexican schmorgous borg", you never complained or griped about the work or what you were doing. I admired your enthusiasm. Also, you were so good to your sister Rebecca. You were like a mother to my girls, that was commemorable. I am so happy to have had the privilege of knowing you. I will always remember you as that very fine person you were. With love, Gustavo.

If You Come Across An Angel
by
Emilia Larson
Every day in the world around us real-life angels are doing the things they do and bringing more smiles to the world around them....
Real-life angels build bridges instead of walls. They don't play hide-and-seek with the truth, and they don't have hidden agendas. They tend to be the only ones who understand what you're going through. If they sense that you're hurting, they do whatever they can to help you. Real-life angels understand difficulties and always give you the benefit of the doubt. They don't hold others up to standards they can't live themselves. Real-life angels are what "inner beauty" is all about.
Real-life angels don't hold things against you; the only thing they hold is your hand in theirs when you could use a little reassurance. They walk beside you when you could use a little guidance and direction in your life. And they support you in your attempt to do what is right.
Real-life angels multiply your smiles and add to your integrity. They make you feel like, "Hey, I really am somebody who matters". They quietly prove to you how beautiful and true that feeling really is.
If you come across an angel like this, you are one of the luckiest people of all.
If someone in your life is wonderfully like an angel to you, it's important to let them know. It's the nicest compliment you could ever give....in all the days of your life and in all the years that you live.
Thank you Cassandra for being my real-life angel.

We will miss our sister. She was smart and funny. She was always willing to lend advice or help. May Jehovah remember her as 'the work of His hands' and bring her back to life when He restores paradise to mankind.

I miss my best friend and the mother of our beautiful son. Cassandra had class, charm, and a great sense of humor. Cassandra was very smart and could communicate her intelligence with humility and grace. When least expected and clear out of the blue Cassandra would tell me "I love you". I love you too Sandi.

Sandi really was a special person and a wonderful, loving, kind and generous sister. I'm just sorry that I didn't get to spend more time with her in the past few years. I'll see her "on the other side" where we will have forever to visit.(John 5:28) Rest in God's memory.
