I have a heavy heart knowing you are not here to laugh with and share moments. I know that you are safe and well. Your unlimited energy will always be with me. Thank you for sharing so much, each time you were present. You always gave to those around you. It was my pleasure to have called you a friend.
Thank you for taking care of me. I am honored to have been your dentist and part of your health care team.
Love you always.

I was impressed with the kind, caring, generous, intelligent person you were.
I will miss us laughing together.
Thank you for your love and friendship.
I was lucky to have known you in this lifetime.
