Corazon Cruz, 67 TEMECULA ---- Corazon Pablo Cruz, 67, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at home in Temecula. Born Mar. 3, 1940, in Nueva Ecija, Luzon, Philippines, she lived in Temecula for 2 1/2 years. Prior to that, she lived in Oceanside for 16 years. She was a third-grade teacher for 20 years. Mrs. Cruz is survived by her husband, Procopio L. Cruz of Temecula; daughter Merlinda Bautista of Temecula; brother Enrico Pablo of Lindenhurst, Ill.; sisters Aurora Abaya of Vista, Gloria Pablo of Temecula, Carmencita Pablo of Temecula, Carmelita Goodsaid of Temecula; and one grandchild. Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, with vigil services at 4:30 p.m., at Allen Brothers Mortuary, Vista Chapel, 1315 S. Santa Fe Ave., in Vista. A Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 4300 Oceanside Blvd., in Oceanside. The Rev. Cavana Wallace will officiate. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Drive, in San Diego.
