Mrs. Gambill and family,

My prayers go out to you all during this most difficult time. Del was such a highlight in my days here at the Beach Club. Always a smile on his face and time to say hello. He will be missed and remembered always.

Dear Kippy:

We have very fond memories of you and Del over the last 20+ years, especially all the great home fellowship gatherings at your house and the desserts that everyone lined up for! Also, Charles remembers vividly the breakfasts that included Del and Jim Whalen and Ed Beach where they prayed and yakked and laughed together. We will miss him so much. We love you.

Kippy,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Del. I had heard about his situation and held the both of you in prayer. Kippy, I have such wonderful memories of the two of you. Just this week Elizabeth and I viewed her baby album and there is a picture of Del at her Baptism; praying for her :) The girls still have hung on their wall the cute plaque given by you, "Angles on Guard". May you know how much you both spoke into my life and the life of the Greenblat family.

Much love and prayers to you and yours.

In His mighty grip,

Patti Greenblat

To the Gambill family:

Del was my room-mate at NAS North

Island in 1954. We shared a room

in the new B.O.Q. He was a great guy; I was a LTJG Naval Aviator and we got along well. He took

me up to Laguna beach one Sunday to

meet his mom & dad. I was stricken

with a kidney stone attack while there, and we had to rush back to

San Diego!

I am truly saddened by his passing, and I offer my sincere

condolences to all the family.
