Out of the blue my Dad, William L. Berry, asked me if I remembered Eleanor Brunsman. No I didn't of course, but he told me that was Marie's niece. Marie Brunsman. Marie and my granddad, Clinton Berry, married and she helped him raise three children, my Dad being the youngest. My granddad gave me Marie's watch before he passed away as our initials were the same. MMB. I remember her being very nice. I showed my Dad this picture and he said "that's her." The older he gets (97), the more he remembers about his younger years. Our family certainly has longevity. Our condolences. Mindy Berry

May the family take comfort in the words of our Lord and Savior, “So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.” (Matt. 6:34) Those words of Jesus have helped many to find comfort and endure the ordeal of losing a loved one,” May the God of comfort bless your family.

While I have lots of good memories of times together, John had even more - back to next-door-neighbor days in La Jolla - when he was known as Dave. Eleanor was a wonderful hostess & friend.
