Mrs. Mitchell was a lovely lady with the class of a time gone by. I used to visit her and loved her stories and her beautiful home. My thoughts and prayers are with her children.

Mrs. Mitchell and her husband, Richard, took an extraordinary chance on me when they hired me, at 19 years old, to work in their funeral home. Their mentoring and opportunities allowed me to begin a career that is now in its 20 some years. I will always remember Marjorie as a lovely and beautiful woman who showed me much kindness over the years. I'll be forever grateful to her.

Marjorie was such a vibrant and endearing woman. We missed her spirit these last couple of years as her health limited her. May she rest in peace.

Aunt Marjorie was a gracious, generous, and elegant lady. She was also the consummate hostess. She welcomed many into her beautiful home for holiday gatherings and philanthropic events, and made every guest feel special and loved. She will be greatly missed by so many who loved her.
May God bless you, Aunt Marjorie. We will not forget you.
