Mike Angley Obituary

ANGLEY, MIKE Mike Angley, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, passed away on January 3, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer. Mike was born in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1943 to Lena and Mike Angley, Sr. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in Kingston, PA in 1961. Mike then entered the Air Force and was discharged in 1964. He was an operating room surgical technician. He then moved to San Francisco and formed Cabaret Histrionic Theatrical Production Co. which produced theatrical productions until 1968. Then he returned to Pennsylvania and entered the automotive sales business. During that time he met the love of his life, Patty and they started a family. In 1978 he relocated to San Diego with his family and remained in the automotive business with multi-franchise dealerships eventually obtaining the position of used car dealer with the Mossy Automotive Group for many years until his illness forced him to retire. Mike is preceded in death by his son, Michael III and his father, Michael Sr. Mike is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Patty and his daughter Renee, grandson Michael IV, his mother, brother Jim and sister, Angel. He is also survived by his grandson's family Jenni, Briana, Donovan and Mike. Mike will be forever remembered by all that knew him and loved him. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 9th at 5:00 p.m. at St. Columba Catholic Church. Please sign the guest book at obituaries.uniontrib.com
