My thoughts and prayers are with you Sally and your girls. Nuke was one special guy. He always had a smile on his face. Nuke and I played ball together for many years. I would always meet up with him at the post office and had many great conversations. We would talk and laugh and talked about the old days. I will miss him very much. Here's to Nuke who will now be playing for the ANGELS.

Nuke always had a smile for everyone, no matter what his circumstances were at the time. What I will remember most is how committed he was to his family, and how diligent he was in caring for them. I pray that the Lord will comfort Sallie, Vicky, and Sarah; we will all miss him.
Nuke-- I'll see you again some day, you old rascal!

Although it's been years since I've talked to Nuke, he sure was a great guy. We had softball teams playing against each other and when ever I needed some help with my pitchers he was always their to give me advice. He never turned his back on any of us. He was such a warm caring man he will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to the family, my prayers are with you Sally and the girls. May God watch over your family and hold you close to his heart.

Goswick Family,
My thoughts are with you at this time of mixed emotions. I know that at times like these,it is a great comfort to lean on the faith and beliefs that also carry us through the trials and triumphs life brings each day. May this comfort and peace be yours.
I recall well playing against Dunimis during my younger years, waving at many a pitch he blew by me, as well as my teammates.
May the reflections you have of his life buoy your spirits,

Our condolences to your family. We pray that you will find peace through this time of suffering, and joy rather than loss from the memory of your loved one. We are here if you should need any help through this troubled time.

Sallie, Sara & Vicki, as you all know when our family moved to Valley Center in March of 1946, I was but 4 years old, with 3 older brothers, mother & father. The Goswicks were one of the very first families we met and got to know well over the years. Nuke was a real carbon copy of his father John, and his passing is very sad for all of us and for all who knew him over the years. Sallie and girls, be comforted in the knowledge that Nuke is not suffering any more and is with his Lord and Saviour. It will be hard on Saturday mornings to drive by Grape Day Park and not see him and his buddies throwing horseshoes. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and the extended Goswick Family in this time of sorrow.

Mrs Goswick and Family, My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to you in this time of saddness. Please know that when I moved to Escondido in 1977, Nuke was the top pitching instructor in Escondido. He helped many a young lady reach her dreams of becoming a successful softball pitcher. Those types of contributions last a lifetime for these players. May God bless and keep you and yours. We have shared many experiences together down through the years, but none as hard as this...but so thankful that we can "cast our burdens on the Lord", and HE will give peace and comfort. Nuke certainly had that smile like in the picture. We are so glad that we got the jar opener when we did as it will be a reminder of Nuke. He seemed to always keep busy with gardening, helping others, etc. He will be missed, but you have so many wonderful memories, as we all do. Praying for you, Sallie, Vicki and Sara.
