Your only little girl in the world

Dear dad, it has been 10 years since you passed. It doesn´t feel that long ago because the pain and love still remain. I am grateful that I still feel your presence. I know you had a hand in getting me into a doctoral program because you had wanted me to finish for quite some time. I am doing this for you dad! You left a little feather at the childhood home and I am sure it was a little sign from you. I have been seeing more feathers around. I know you are proud of what we have done with the landscaping of the childhood home too. You were always there with encouragement and support and I do the same for others. I am my father´s daughter and you were/are the best example of a father´s love. I think of you and mom everyday and my love for you both only increases as the days pass along. Thank you for watching out for me. As you know, your little brother and sister are also watching out for me and my siblings. I love you dad and I can´t wait to see you again!

Hi Dad, I cannot believe that it has been 5 years since your presence left us and graced the Heavens. Maybe it because I still feel your strong presence in my life, giving me strength, protecting me, and reaching out to others like you have taught me. Thank you for continuing to visit in my dreams so that I can continue to remember you in human form. You also visit when I am with the kids because things that I tell them is what you have told me and I laugh at how much you are a part of me. I know that you watch over me and that you are happy that I know that. Our father daughter bond is still strong as ever. I love you dad, more than ever!

Dear Dad,
I miss you so much! You are my everything in life and I feel so blessed to have had such an amazing father daughter relationship with you. For me there was no other bond in my life that was stronger than my love for you. Everything that I have achieved, I owe it to you and mom as my role models. You will continue to live in my heart as I will cherish the wonderful and funny memories that we have created together. I take great comfort in knowing that you will continue to guide and protect me in the days, months, and years ahead.
