I was so saddened to hear the news but know how much Robbin will be at home in heaven. He made it a heaven here for those that got to know him. I was with the first team he coached and besides coaching Robbin was instrumental in providing all his students a view of life that I use today. He also was a mentor when I came back to Nado to teach. Karen, I unfortunately have never met you, but I wish you and all the family my heart felt sympathy. Robbin would want to say "Go Islanders!"

Robbin, though most seem to remember you as a great coach I seem to recall you were also a great teacher, if you happen to see coach Greene tell him that I am still dumber than a box of rocks...

Robbin will be missed by all... I know he was so looking forward in seeing his old classmates next year at our 50th Class Reunion from Pomona and Ganesha High. Seems just yesterday Robbin and I were setting down at Dana Point at a Pomona/Ganesha "Get-Together" talking about the old days at Pomona High.... Robbin, we shall meet again and you still owe me a drink.....

So many wonderful memories of Coronado High School days, and the one person who is most memorable to those great years is Mr Adair. Your touched a lot of lives, and were in the influence in many successful futures. May your mansion on high be glorious. Thank you for all you did and the example you were. Your spirit will live on forever in many hearts. May God be with you till we meet again! God bless you and your sweet family during this time.

I met Robbin 6 years ago when he married my cousin Karen, his high school sweetheart. I was so happy that she could share her life with such a fine person. I'm still glad they had these years together and he will be with her in spirit always.

Mr Adair was always my favorite teacher and coach. When I coached girls and boys tennis at El Cap I always scheduled a match with Mr. Adair's teams every year. He kept telling me I could call him Robbin now, but I couldn't do it. He was such a great inspiration and role model for all students and other coaches. I can't wait to see Mr. Adair again on the tennis court in heaven!

Mr. Adair has gone to the great tennis court in the sky. He was a great teacher, mentor and loved a good laugh; had many while I was one of his many TAs. My condolences to his family.
