Eunice Blanchard Obituary

Eunice H. Blanchard, 86, of Pismo Beach died Aug. 24, 2002, at an Arroyo Grande hospital. A private service will be held in Corvallis, Ore. Mrs. Blanchard was born May 10, 1916, in Texas to the Rev. William S. Franklin. She had resided in Corvallis and Be nd, Ore., for many years. She was a pianist and as a sophomore in high school won state and placed fourth nationally in classical piano competition. She taught piano for 35 years and was a member of P.T.O. and various other piano organizations. She enjoyed growing roses and natures. Mrs. Blanchard is survived by her children, Eugene Faust and wife, Judy of Walnut Creek; Clifford Faust of New York City; Robert Faust of Pismo Beach; sisters, Ruth Anderson and husband, Bill of San Mateo; Grace Hall of Pismo Beach; and grandchildren, Greg and Aaron Faust. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh Harvard Faust; and second husband, Vern Blanchard. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite Alzheimer's Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Lady Family Mortuary and Crematory of Arroyo Grande.
