Marianne, we were so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. He was a great friend to our late mother, Rosie Butikofer, for over 30 years and was always there when she had to go to the hospital, needed a ride or some other help. It was a great comfort to know he was nearby. What a kind and gentle man. We will all miss him very much. My two brothers and our wives and children send our sympathy. Russ and Pat

Marianne,we love you. Thank you for taking care of our grandpa all these years. Thank you for leading him to the Lord. That was the best give you could give us. We are at peace knowing he is in Heaven. We miss him and will always love him.

I had the pleasure of working with jack for a great number of years and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer man and one who showed professionalism in his work as a firefighter.I am further saddened that jack lived just a short distance from me in Carson City NV. and i did not know it.
