Pete Cuellar Obituary

Pete Guzman Cuellar, 79, passed away on October 12, 2017, due to a heart condition. He resided in the Oceano, Calif. area for over 50 years. Pete is survived by his sisters: Vera Meraz, Lupe Cuellar, Rosie Delgado, Pauline Sendejas and Gloria Lawson; his brothers: Raymond (Connie) and Paul (Lupe); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roman Sr. and Petra; brothers: Frank, Ruben, Tony, Roman Jr. and Johnny; and a sister, Augustina Rose. Pete was a quiet, kind, considerate and generous person and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel, with a rosary at 6:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Arroyo Grande. Burial will follow at Arroyo Grande Cemetery.
