I am so sorry to hear of Bobby´s passing. I´m sure there was a huge Taylor duck homecoming when he arrived in heaven.

We were lucky to have Sheriff Kinser as a public servant in Hays County. He was as at home at the football stadium greeting the high school kids, at the bank welcoming successful businessmen, and helping with families in need. With Kent Finlay, Willie Nelson, and so many others in the burgeoning Texas music scene-as well as politicians of the ´70s-he was a familiar face everywhere. He understood community policing before anyone gave it a name. They don´t make ´em like that anymore. Rest in peace, Sheriff.
