Bill Wormington passed away 12/26/18 following a swift battle with lung cancer. He was born in Portales, New Mexico to Bill and Norma Wormington and was raised in Santa Cruz. He married Kathy Leach in 1987 and moved to Sparks in 1997. He was preceded in death by his parents and just three months ago, by his wife Kathy. He is survived by stepsons Rich (Denise) Jennerjohn, Mark (Kellie) Jennerjohn, and Danny (Carla) Jennerjohn. Although he was our stepdad, he always treated us like his own children and we always felt very loved. He will be missed very much. As much as he loved us, he loved his grandchildren even more, Ryan Jennerjohn, Ian Jennerjohn, Jake Jennerjohn, and Alyssa Andrews. He deeply loved his dogs, Shiloh and Charlie and bird Barnum. Bill is also survived by siblings David Wormington, Sue Carder and Shirley Tomasi and numerous extended family and friends. At his request, no services will be held.
