I am saddened by the news of Joe's passing. We shared many memories including an early 80s Tubes concert at the S.C. Civic where we sang every word, sunny days at Castle Beach, and Friday night rides in that so cool blue Firebird. My heart goes out to the entire Cardoza family . I will remember Joe for being happy and optimistic.
