Roberto Mireles Obituary

Roberto Ceja Mireles
March 27, 1971-
January 16, 2014
Resident of Watsonville
Roberto Ceja Mireles passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Saratoga, Ca. due to a tragic work-related accident. Robert was 42 years old, and leaves behind his loving wife of 19 years, Lupita Ceja, his 3 daughters Emily (15), Rosemary (12) and Liliana (10), his mother, Maria Estella Ceja, his father, Jesus Ceja, his brother, Jaime, and sisters, Maria Dolores, Rosa, and Sandra.
Robert was born in Tarimoro, Michoacan and came to the San Fernando Valley in 1987, relocating to Watsonville to join his mother and siblings in 1988. He and Lupita married in 1994 and they raised their family in the Watsonville area. He was the owner of Robert's Tree Service and also helped beautify many areas of the county through his landscaping skills. Robert will be remembered as an honest, hard-working father and husband who always thought of others first. He spent a lot of time creating wonderful memories for his wife and girls, whether it was watching the surfers at the local beach, going camping, to the snow, or just traveling to new and different places. Those memories will remain in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 5:00-9:00 PM at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St., Watsonville with a citation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Valley Catholic Church, 2401 East Lake Avenue in Freedom, with interment to follow at Pajaro Valley Memorial Park, 127 Hecker Pass Rd., Watsonville. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a memorial fund that has been established for his widow and family at any Wells Fargo Bank, Maria G. Ceja Memorial Account, #6284259022.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of The Carroll Family of Ave Maria Memorial Chapel.

Cousin may you be resting in peace the Lord call you name too soon I pray that our Heavenly Father gives your wife , girls, my aunt, uncle & your siblings the strength needed to get thru this hard times I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Even those I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil For you are with me; Your rod and staff they comfort me

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

You anoint my head with oil ; my cup over flows.

Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever
